Care Guide
Becca Marie pieces are thoughtfully designed to be worn often, loved for years, and cared for with ease. Crafted from 100% premium cotton, our knitwear is naturally breathable, durable, and designed for everyday life.
To help preserve the shape, texture, and longevity of your knitwear, we recommend following the care instructions below or on the care label inside the left seam of each piece.
Washing
- Cold gentle machine wash
- Wash inside out with similar colours
- Use a mild detergent
- Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
- Do not tumble dry
While our cotton knitwear is designed to be lower maintenance than wool or cashmere, gentle washing will help maintain the integrity of the fibres over time.
Drying
- Lay flat to dry in shade
- Reshape garment while damp
- Avoid hanging wet knitwear, as this can stretch the fibres
Steaming & Ironing
- Cool iron if required
- Steam gently to refresh the garment and restore shape
- Avoid excessive heat directly on the knit texture
Storage
We recommend folding your knitwear rather than hanging to help maintain its shape, particularly for heavier styles like Ridge and Heritage.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Natural Fibre Wear
As with all premium natural fibres, some softening and subtle texture changes may occur over time with wear. This is a natural characteristic of quality cotton knitwear and part of what gives each piece its lived-in feel.
