Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your Becca Marie pieces. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we offer returns, exchanges, and store credit on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be returned to sender.


Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right. We offer:

  • Refunds
  • Store credit
  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)

for full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our collections, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued instead.


Sale Items

Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear images of the garment

If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that general wear and tear, friction-related pilling, or incorrect garment care are not considered faults.


Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please email support@beccamarieknitwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Becca Marie is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.


Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once dispatched, shipping timeframes are dependent on the postal carrier and your location.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
