Processing Time 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer both Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed:

• Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Remote and rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@beccamarieknitwear.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Becca Marie Knitwear is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
